Terms of Service

The rules for using PharmaPrep Pakistan — written plainly, so you can actually read them.

Last updated: 8 September 2026

These terms cover your account, what you may and may not do with the content, and what we do and do not promise.

Note for the operator: this is a plain working agreement, not legal advice. Have it reviewed by a qualified lawyer and insert your registered business name, address and dispute-resolution details before trading commercially.

1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using PharmaPrep Pakistan, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the platform.

2. Your account

  • You must give accurate registration details and keep them up to date.
  • Your account is for you alone. Do not share your login with anyone else.
  • You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your password secure.
  • Tell us straight away if you believe someone else has accessed your account.

We may suspend an account that is being shared, automated, or used in a way that harms the platform or other users.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Copy, scrape, republish or resell questions, explanations or any other content from the platform.
  • Use bots, scripts or automated tools to extract content or inflate your score, XP or streak.
  • Attempt to bypass access controls, read other users' data, or interfere with the scoring engine.
  • Upload anything unlawful, abusive or misleading through the contact form or any other input.
  • Use the platform in any way that disrupts it for other users.

4. Content and accuracy

All questions, explanations and study material on the platform are original educational content written for practice, with references to standard pharmacy textbooks. We do not reproduce official past papers, and we do not claim any affiliation with PPSC, FPSC, NTS, any university, or any government body. Exam names are used only to describe what the practice material is aimed at.

We work hard to keep the content correct, but we cannot guarantee that every question, answer key or explanation is free of error, nor that it matches the syllabus of any particular examining body in a given year. The platform is a preparation aid — it is not professional, clinical or dispensing advice, and it must never be relied on for patient care.

If you find a mistake, please report it from within the practice session or through the contact form. We fix confirmed content errors as a priority.

5. No guarantee of results

Using PharmaPrep improves your preparation; it does not guarantee that you will pass any exam, obtain any score, or be selected for any post. Your results depend on your own work and on factors outside our control.

6. Plans, payments and refunds

  • The free plan gives you daily practice, the daily quiz, limited mock tests and basic progress tracking.
  • Premium adds unlimited practice, the full mock test library, advanced analytics, weak-area practice and detailed explanations.
  • Requesting an upgrade records a pending payment. Premium access is granted only after the payment has been verified — it is never granted automatically by the request itself.
  • Prices may change. A change will not affect a period you have already paid for.

If a payment fails, is reversed, or turns out to be fraudulent, we may withdraw Premium access. Refund requests are handled case by case through the contact form.

7. Ownership

The platform, its content and its branding belong to PharmaPrep Pakistan. Your account gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use the material for your own exam preparation. It does not transfer ownership of anything, and it does not permit redistribution in any form.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the platform running continuously, but it may be unavailable during maintenance, upgrades or events outside our control. We may add, change or remove features, including content and plan limits, as the platform develops.

9. Ending your account

You may close your account at any time by contacting us from your registered email address. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and in serious cases we may do so without notice. Closing an account removes your profile and the practice history attached to it.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, PharmaPrep Pakistan is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including exam outcomes, lost opportunities or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

12. Contact

Questions about these terms should go through the contact form. We reply by email.
