About
Built for Pakistani pharmacy exams, and nothing else
PharmaPrep Pakistan is an exam preparation platform for pharmacy students, graduates and pharmacists — focused on the exams that actually decide careers here.
Why we built this
Pharmacy students in Pakistan prepare for a very specific set of exams — university professional papers, PPSC and FPSC pharmacist posts, NTS-style recruitment tests, Drug Inspector and hospital pharmacist selections. Most of the preparation material available is either general-purpose medical content, a scanned PDF of uncertain origin, or a WhatsApp group passing around screenshots.
PharmaPrep exists to replace that with one place where the questions are organised by subject, topic, exam and difficulty; where a mock test runs under a real timer and is marked the moment you submit; and where your weak areas are measured rather than guessed.
The platform is young and we would rather say so than invent numbers. The counters below are read live from the question bank, so they show exactly what is on the platform right now.
Who it is for
- Pharm-D students preparing for semester and professional exams
- Pharmacy graduates revising before recruitment tests
- Candidates for PPSC, FPSC, NTS and provincial pharmacist posts
- Drug Inspector and Hospital Pharmacist candidates
- Practising pharmacists refreshing their clinical knowledge

How we work
Pharmacy only
We do not cover every subject under the sun. Every question, topic and mock test on the platform exists because a pharmacy exam in Pakistan asks about it.
Original material, honestly labelled
Our questions are written for practice and reference standard pharmacy textbooks. We do not reproduce official past papers or claim to have leaked them.
Scored on the server
Grading, XP, streaks and analytics are all computed in the database. A score you see is a score you actually earned — it cannot be edited from the browser.
Study what you are weakest at
Practice volume alone does not pass exams. The dashboard points you at the subjects and topics where your accuracy is lowest, then gives you questions on exactly those.
Found something wrong? Tell us.
A wrong answer key or a weak explanation is a bug, and we treat it like one. Report it from inside any practice session, or write to us directly.
